At Clever, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we are here to help you find the right style or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Clever account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return ID.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or mailer and include the printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
